The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Levi, surrounded by ski slopes, restaurants, and tourist info centers, offering a great base for winter activities. The rooms, although located in a separate block, are warm and equipped with a sauna, perfect for the -26°C weather. The dining options cater well to lactose intolerant guests but could improve on offering more variety. The service is friendly and accommodating, making it easy to access luxury amenities. Overall, a great value for money stay with excellent facilities.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The cold rooms with poor sleep quality due to old pillows were a downside, but the convenient location in the heart of Levin surrounded by pubs and restaurants was a major plus.
